- Emotion matters more than ratio.

- The buying journey is social and non-linear.
- Ecosystems are key: everything/everyone connected.
- You need to measure and act upon what you measure.
- People are channel agnostic.
- Caring really matters.
- Think beyond what’s perceived as obvious, innovate.
- No marketing without conversion and ROI.
- Customer experiences, operational excellence and word of mouth rule.
- Value, relevance and context define content, channels and conversion.
